1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and a777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided through a777, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all users of the a777 platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered members, and active players. Access to certain services is conditional upon registration and acceptance of these Terms at the point of sign-up.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and a777.

2 Eligibility & Registration

• You have not previously been self-excluded from a777 or had an account closed by a777 for violations of these Terms.
• You are registering only one account for yourself. You agree not to register on behalf of or for the benefit of any other person.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. a777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your login credentials.

You agree to notify a777 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised. a777 reserves the right to suspend your account pending an investigation.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

a777 is required to conduct identity verification as part of its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be asked at any time to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport
• Proof of your registered mobile number (e.g. JazzCash or EasyPaisa account confirmation)
• A recent bank or mobile wallet statement showing your name and account number
• A selfie or video verification as directed by our compliance team

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by a777 will result in withdrawal processing being paused until documentation is received and approved.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting a777 support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC and verification requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding investigations are pending.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to a777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). a777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and direct bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. Deposits are generally credited to your a777 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of transaction confirmation.

a777 does not accept third-party deposits. The name registered on your payment method must match the name on your a777 account. Any deposit originating from an account in a different name may be reversed and the funds returned to the source.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account has been fully verified (KYC complete)
• The minimum withdrawal amount for your chosen method has been reached
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied
• No open investigations or security reviews are active on your account

Withdrawal processing times are typically within two (2) hours for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. a777 does not charge withdrawal fees, however your own bank or wallet provider may apply their standard charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

a777 offers a range of promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL). All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution schedule is displayed in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet or stake is PKR 2,000 unless otherwise specified. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Eligibility: a777 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Promotions are available to players in good standing with no history of bonus abuse.

6 Gaming Rules

All casino games offered on a777 — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, table games, fishing games and instant win titles — operate in accordance with the following rules:

• All outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by live cameras.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. a777 will not reverse a result based on a player's dissatisfaction with the outcome of a fair game.
• Technical malfunctions void all plays and any associated wagers. In the event of a mid-game disconnection, the game state will be preserved and restored upon reconnection where technically possible.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available in the individual game information panels within the game lobby.
• Players are prohibited from using any external software, tool or device designed to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game offered on a777.

7 Sportsbook Rules

The a777 sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sportsbook activity:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the a777 system and a bet slip reference number has been issued. Placing a bet does not constitute acceptance until confirmation is received.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly. a777 accepts no responsibility for odds movements between the time a player initiates and the time a bet is confirmed.
• Match Postponement: If a match is postponed or abandoned before the minimum required play time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned. Specific sport rules regarding minimum play time are detailed in the Sportsbook Help section.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-event winnings are capped at PKR 5,000,000 per bet unless otherwise stated. a777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time.
• Obvious Errors: a777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly posted in error. This includes pricing errors, feed errors and manifest mistakes. a777 will notify affected players and return their stakes promptly.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a777 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, or opening an account on behalf of another person
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with any a777 game or betting market
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to, deliberately cycling bonus funds across accounts or using multiple payment methods to trigger repeated welcome offers
• Attempting to launder money or use a777 for any fraudulent financial activity
• Placing wagers on the basis of insider information in relation to sporting events
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate winnings in a manner not consistent with fair play
• Using a VPN, proxy or other IP obfuscation technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the a777 platform — including but not limited to the a777 name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, database structure, promotional materials and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of a777 or is licensed to a777 by its respective rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a777 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, transmit or exploit any a777 content in any form without prior written permission from a777.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings or opportunity arising from your use of the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any nature
• Service interruptions, technical errors, server downtime or connectivity failures outside a777's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security
• Any actions taken by a777 in good faith compliance with applicable law or regulatory requirement

a777's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

a777 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the a777 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

a777 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers and regulatory bodies where required to operate the platform lawfully and process your transactions.

12 Responsible Gaming

a777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. a777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every registered account:

• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications after a set period of continuous play

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. a777 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through a777's internal complaints process may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with that authority's dispute resolution procedures.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of a777 complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. a777 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of those explicitly covered by its operating licence.
